2. How Many Times Can I Take The Final Exam?
You can take any of the quizzes and the final exam multiple times, until you pass for no extra charge.
3. How do I know I can attend Easy Fast Fun Online Traffic School?
If you are eligible for traffic school it will be stated on your court papers. We recommend that you contact your court for verification. Permission is required from the court to attend traffic school. This information is included in the handout that you received from your court. If you have any questions you may call our toll free customer service help line at 1-(800) 554-2718 from 8am to 5:30pm (PST) Monday through Friday and 9am to 3:30pm (PST) on Saturday.
4. What is the advantage of completing Easy Fast Fun Online Traffic School?
It is easy to use, fun to take, and easy on your wallet. By completing our traffic safety course you prevent the addition of points to your driver license, which will help you in maintaining lower insurance rates. Another benefit to completing our traffic safety course is you will prevent the total points from accumulating on your driver's license as a result of infractions.
5. How long does it take for me to get my Traffic School Completion Certificate?
In order for your certificate to be processed the same day, you are required to complete the course, have your payment cleared, and pass the final exam by 1:00pm (PST) Monday through Friday and 1:00pm (PST) on Saturday. If you do not finish before the cutoff time your certificates will be processed the next business day.
6. What kind of delivery options do you offer?
We offer the following methods of delivery:

You will be able to choose any of these delivery options at the time of your payment.
* Overnight Express Delivery is not available for some courts/counties. Please check your court/county for details.
7. What is your privacy policy?
Our website is protected with Secure Server technology which encrypts all your information ensuring that you can take our course with the confidence that your personal information is being protected at all times.
Easy Fast Fun Online Traffic School is a secure site and all your information is confidential and will not be shared with any third party for any reason except the courts and the courts monitoring agencies. We are required by the courts to collect certain personal identifiable information such as your name, address, zip code, date of birth, etc. This information is only used to issue your traffic school certificate of completion.
8. How much does it cost to take the Easy Fast Fun Online Traffic School?
You can take the entire course without any payment. After successfully completing all lessons and before taking the final quiz you will be required to pay only $19.95. You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit card or check.
9. How long does it take to complete the entire course?
Each part of the course consists of a lesson and a quiz. You must read the lesson and take the quiz. You will not be allowed to move to the next lesson if you do not first pass the quiz. You can complete the entire course at one time or over multiple times and are not required to do anything to save your progress. We will automatically save your work for you up to the last quiz you successfully passed. When you would like to continue your course, just login using your Citation number and Driver license number and you will be sent to the part in the course where you left off on your last visit. Please note, partially completed quizzes and/or the final exam will not be saved.
10. Is your course legal?
YES of course, but permission is required from the court to attend traffic school. This information is included in the handout that you received from your court. Commercial Licensed Drivers are prohibited from attending traffic school courses and receiving a completion certificate to mask the offense and/or point from their driving record. The goal of this regulation is to ensure traffic safety by holding commercial drivers to a higher standard. Without these provisions, it would be possible for commercial drivers to avoid the consequences of federally mandated actions against their licenses.

11. Refund Policy
The Easy Fast Fun Online Traffic School course is free to take through Lesson 5. After you pass lesson 5 you will be required to pay before taking the final quiz. Once you have paid there will be no refunds issued.
Charging errors
If you have a problem paying, or if you are not sure your payment was processed please FIRST contact customer service and we will help you. You should NEVER fill out and submit the credit card payment form twice.
If you find that your credit card was charged incorrectly, if you call Easy Fast Fun Online Traffic School customer service before taking action with your credit card company we will be able to issue you a refund. However, if you submit a dispute to your credit card company first, before contacting Easy Fast Fun Online Traffic School customer service, we will charge you a $25.00 service fee.
Duplicate Certificates
All services are subject to the limitations and requirements of the United States Postal Service and Overnight Delivery Service companies. We will not accept any responsibility for lost or mistakenly routed mail.
If for any reason you need to order a Duplicate Certificate there will be a $10.00 fee per Duplicate Certificate.
